ROI Dashboard

The ROI Dashboard gives engineering leaders hard numbers to present to their board. It tracks how much time and money Eiryx saves compared to manual bug resolution.

Key Metrics

  • Resolved — Total bugs fixed by Eiryx in the selected period
  • Success Rate — Percentage of tasks that resulted in a merged PR
  • MTTR — Mean Time To Resolution (from task creation to PR merge)
  • Total Cost — Agent cost (AI tokens) for the period
  • Cost Saved — Estimated developer cost avoided (based on configurable developer hourly rate)
  • ROI Multiplier — Cost saved ÷ agent cost

Cost Calculation

Each task has an ROI breakdown:

  • Agent cost: Actual token cost from the AI provider
  • Estimated developer cost: estimated_hours × developer_hourly_rate
  • Developer hourly rate: Configurable in Settings (default: $75/hr)
  • Estimated hours: Based on task complexity and historical developer resolution times

Period Comparison

The dashboard supports period selection: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom range. Each metric shows a delta (↑/↓) compared to the previous period of the same length.

PDF Export

Click Export PDF to generate a branded report with all metrics, charts, and trends. Use this for quarterly reviews, board presentations, or budget justification.

Currency Support

Costs can be displayed in USD, EUR, or GBP. Set your preference in Settings.
